Every product passes rigorous testing before shipping
All components tested upon arrival: cells (capacity/matching), PCBA (flying probe), enclosures (dimension/color), cables (continuity). Rejection rate <0.3%.
Every assembly station has QC checks. Torque testing, solder joint inspection, insulation resistance measurement, and visual inspection at each stage.
100% full charge/discharge cycle. Temperature monitoring throughout. Units with >5°C deviation flagged for engineering review.
Packaging integrity, accessory completeness, label verification, and functional test. AQL sampling per ISO 2859. Only AQL 0.65 or better ships.
